Lanterra Homes Contracts with AVID Ratings For Customer Loyalty Services
Madison, WI- Released November 4th, 2008

AVID Ratings, a customer loyalty management firm specializing in the home building industry announced today that is has acquired a new customer -  Lanterra Homes, a Houston based new home builder. Lanterra Homes will use AVID Ratings research package to track their new home builder experiences. 

AVID Ratings will periodically survey Lanterra Homes’ buyers at various points throughout the new home construction process. The survey questions cover the entire home buying process from initial sales contact to final walk-through. Lanterra Homes will be able to view their clients’ responses on AVID’s detailed online reporting tool, AVID Reports™, which allows them to sort through specific data and compare their scores to industry averages. AVID’s Client Service Managers work with Lanterra on data interpretation to uncover areas for improvement and to identify which customers feel so loyal that they are likely to generate referral business.
