Losani Homes Selects AVID Ratings for Customer Research Services
Madison, WI – October 12, 2009 – Losani Homes of Stoney Creek, ON selects AVID Ratings
for research services.
Losani Homes contracts with AVID Ratings for customer loyalty surveys consisting of several studies
being conducted at certain points of the home buying process: during the construction phase, 30 days
after occupancy, and after residing in the home for one year. The research encompasses the many processes
for a new homeowner, ranging from sales to correction of walk-through items, as well as the personnel
involved, the quality of service, the materials used, the quality of workmanship, and even the referral
potential of each homebuyer. With this data, AVID will provide extensive guidance to Losani’s management
team based on the data collected from each evaluation. All of the survey responses are tabulated and
available online through AVID’s detailed reporting tool, AVID Reports, which will allow Losani to track
their responses and set specific management reports.
