AVID Ratings Creates AVID Canada To Serve Canadian Homebuilders
Toronto, Ontario – September 17, 2009
AVID Ratings expands its business offerings in Canada and creates a new company, AVID Canada Inc., to
provide Customer Loyalty Management services to homebuilders throughout the country. AVID Canada’s main
branch office is located in Toronto, Ontario and led by General Manager Tim Bailey. Before joining AVID,
Tim was vice president of Schout Communities in New Hamburg, Ontario, where he managed all functions
— finance, operations, and customer service — for Citadel Homes Inc. and Stonecroft Homes Inc. With
over 25 years of experience in homebuilding and a strong academic background in the sciences, Tim leads
AVID Canada in serving homebuilding clients. “There is nothing more rewarding than helping a homebuilder
become more successful by facilitating customer delight,” Tim maintains. “AVID Canada is able to provide
the missing pieces to the puzzle that I wished were available while managing operations with a homebuilder.”
