AVID Ratings CEO Pens Column for Builder Magazine

Madison, WI – August 18, 2010 — Paul Cardis, Founder and CEO of AVID Ratings, a full-service research and management firm serving the home building industry, has become a regular columnist for Builder magazine, published by Hanley Wood. The August issue contains his first article, “Star Service,” which discusses how the housing industry has managed to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during these tough economic times, while many other major industries — such as automobile, banking and airline — have seen their customer satisfaction scores plummet.
